Room for Rent – Brand New Condo I’m considering renting out a room in my brand-new 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo. Utilities are included (unless you start abusing them). You will have access to the entire home and all appliances. I don’t need a roommate — but I’m open to living with someone who’s a great fit. Good vibes only. -

* Responsible with consistent, verifiable income
* Good credit (income + credit check required)
* Clean background (criminal history and eviction check will be completed)
* Previous landlord and character references
* Absolutely no smoking
* No pets - 💯 Bonus Points If You:
* Work in digital marketing or e-commerce
* Live a health-conscious, active lifestyle
* Enjoy fight nights or martial arts
* Appreciate good music jamming in the house at appropriate times - 👋 About Me:
* 32-year-old single male
* Self-employed in marketing & e-commerce (WFH most days)
* I have a 1-year-old Bernedoodle — hypoallergenic, doesn’t shed, extremely well-behaved & trained * I train regularly (weightlifting, Muay Thai, BJJ)
* Health-focused (nutrition, fitness, sleep)
* Typically asleep by 10pm and up around 6am
* Non-smoker, rarely drink (just socially here and there)
* Don’t party much but enjoy good company
* Major foodie * Enjoy watching the fights when they’re on
