Hello everyone my name is zay, I’m a 24 year old female looking for someone to rent my spare room. I live in a house, you will have your own bathroom, access to the kitchen, dining area, living room, and I also have a washer/dryer you can use as well. I’m pretty chill most of the time I’m at work or the gym but I’m super friendly if you want to hangout. I am renting for $1,300 with utilities included.
