Looking for someone to takeover a spot on the lease, and renew the lease as well. Lease ends on 6/1/2026. Located on the 19th floor of the Centerra complex in downtown SJ, your room is roughly 10x10 (top right on the floor plan) with a full length closet with shelving! Room is carpeted. Photos currently show a queen size bed, dresser, and tv console table. Bathroom is across the hallway. There is also a washing machine and dryer next to the bathroom for both tenants to use. Shared area includes a full kitchen, and a large living space that is currently split into a living room, dining room, and home office. Most of the current furniture will stay as I am selling it to the other tenant. Also includes a balcony with tons of natural light throughout the day and a great view of SJ all the way to the Santa Cruz Mountains. The complex itself has a gym, pool, hot-tub, as well as a game room, business lounge, parking garage, social lounge, miniature dog park, and outdoor fire place/grilling area. The neighborhood is walking distance to all of downtown SJ, including the SAP center, Little Italy, SJSU, San Pedro Square, a large shopping center with Target, Marshalls, Sprouts, Trader Joes, and several restaurant options, and the CalTrain station. As for fees, all utilities except internet and electricity are included in the rent. This can cause it to slightly fluctuate sometimes, but on average the rent is $1800. Internet and electricity are typically an additional $100, but PG&E is decreasing the cost so it should be even less soon. The $1800 cost includes a tandem parking spot, but there is an option to get separate parking spots or EV parking spots for an increased cost. Overall, this place is great if you want to be walking distance to downtown nightlife, high tech companies, and have a great view at the end of the day. Let me know if you’re interested!
