Musicians need to pre arrange practice times. No smoking indoors.
Kitchen is equipped with the necessities.
Designated refrigerator, freezer and cabinet space. You pay for room and your own groceries.
Share bathroom with one other person. Shared kitchen appliances, dinnerware and some seasonings. WIFI and streaming TV. Pay through Zelle or Venmo on time only. House is on a dirt road. Not near bus stops. You may plug in a small refrigerator- 25$/ month and have air conditioner in your room for 50$/ month extra. Each room has a ceiling fan. I request one month notice for move out.
