First room is a decent size 11x13$650 /month with window facing the North side of the house no direct sunlight but for sure light, and a regular closet. Has a Full size bed mattress with extra cushion top with a set of bedding. 2nd room, $400 /m No closet no windows just a small room at the END of the stairs in the basement. Carpeted floor with large, wide shelf with clothes hanging Pole/rack like a closet. Can fit a twin size or double/full size bed. Anything larger than a double or full size will not fit down the stairs. A large dresser is in the room and will not be removed but can be used.
The back yard is a shared space. NO DOGS AND NO MORE CATS. We have one short haired cat. Caged pets are okay based on lease agreement. Shared bathroom in basement. Another bathroom, if necessary, is upstairs. Shared kitchen space for cooking, with small table for eating and possible food prep but not for renters to hang out since it bleeds into our living area upstairs. There is cooking dishes and utensils with no space for additional. Dining room is a partial part of the kitchen. Basically you cook, you eat, you clean is the mentality for the space and is not actually a hang out space. Shared laundry is available on . All detergents must be HE friendly, no exceptions. Month to month lease. THESE ARE BASEMENT ROOMS. If you cannot move up and down stairs without issues then this will not work for you. YOU HAVE TO BE WORKING OUTSIDE OF THE HOME FOR THIS TO BE A FIT.
