Hi, my name is Cheri. I am a 56-year old professional. I am looking for a room to rent in Iowa City. I accepted an Assistant Manager position with my company and need to relocate. I am open for short or long-term. I am mostly a homebody when not working, not against animals as long as litter/clean-up is done regularly. I enjoy going to karaoke when I have extra time and get along with most anyone. I am a glass half-full person and prefer similar attitudes. I would prefer a responsible authentic person. Business Administration AAS in 2024, and Accounting Clerk Diploma in 2025. Starting over after surgery at end of 2025, so a roommate situation appears to be the best option. I have a good credit score and have never paid rent late or been evicted.
