Large bedroom with walk-in closet, fully furnished with new furniture, brand new mattress, TV, and vintage stereo. 2nd floor apartment. Community swimming pool open until dusk. Laundry facility on-. Parking available in guest parking spaces. Shared apartment with me. You’ll have shared access to living room, bathroom, dinung room, and kitchen. Must be fully employed. No drama about rent on time! Must be approved by landlord and pass criminal background check. Absolutely no drugs, no smoking, no heavy drinking, no overnight guests without approval, and abide by all property rules and regulations. Rent is $1,000 per month, due promptly on the 1st of each month. $1,000 security deposit can be split into 2 monthly payments if necessary. 6 month rental agreement and month to month afterwards.
