Hi, my name is Kevin! Me and my roommate, Arjun, are looking for one roommate to join our 4b/2.5br townhouse in Manayunk for a one year lease starting on May 1st 2026.
I have lived here since 2020, and Arjun has been here since 2024. We both really enjoy the place.
Two of our roommates are moving out at the end of April. We filled one of the rooms, so we just need one more roommate for a total of 4 people living in the house.
The rent would be $550 a month + utilities.
The unit has three parking spaces behind the house and ample street parking out in front, so no need to worry about parking. There is a train station a short minute walk away. The unit has a garage, a laundry room, and a deck. Please send us a message if you are interested!
