The room available is the master bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment and comes with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The apartment has a split floor plan for added privacy, along with a shared kitchen and laundry area. The community is new and located about 2 minutes from I-4 and major highways, making commuting convenient. The complex also includes a 24/7 gym, pool area, and dog park. I’m a working professional in my mid-30s in the ChampionsGate / Davenport area. I keep things clean and organized, but I’m very laid-back and easygoing. I stay pretty active — gym, pool, beach — and at home it’s a chill, comfortable space with good energy. I’m very social, but also someone who enjoys his own space. I’ve got one friendly dog and a chill cat who loves attention. Looking for someone respectful, clean, and easy to get along with — ideally working full-time or a student.
