Single room available in 3 bedroom home. Room is furnished with memory foam queen bed, sitting chair, and two door closet. Large picture window provides tons of natural light. Tenant will share the hall bathroom with one roommate. Tenant also has full access to all common areas including kitchen with cooking utensils/pots & pans, living room, dining room, laundry room, screened in back patio with seating areas, and one parking space in the attached enclosed garage. Roommates are two clean and kind women (56yo & 27yo) who keep to themselves. Home is also shared with a friendly 15lb schnoodle dog who is hypoallergenic/non-shedding, fully house trained, and doesn’t bark indoors. Location of home is in community with 2min drive to Kroger grocery store and other retail shopping, 5min drive to Chipotle, Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, Aldi, and 2min drive to the highway for quick access (15min straight shot) to downtown Memphis.
