Looking for a creative, disciplined female roommate who’s open to sharing a space and building a focused, peaceful environment. It’s a one-bedroom with a loft. The loft will be set up as a gym/dance studio, and the bedroom would be shared. Rent is $850/month + split electricity. I’m ready to move ASAP and looking for someone who can contribute toward the move-in/deposit so we can secure the place immediately together.
