Beautiful Condo- Roommate Needed

I am a female in my early 30s looking for someone to join me in a lease. My old roommate is moving at the end of the lease and now I am tasked with finding a replacement roommate, to move in Beginning of May. The unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath gated condo unit in Northeast Colorado Springs. The kitchen is spacious, and the living room/dining room are beautiful as well. I don't have any pets, I am fairly quiet and keep to myself, and seek to be a good roommate. I'm looking for someone who shares an idea of mutual respect as roommates. The bedroom itself has its own attached bathroom and closet. The pull down bed has been removed. What I'm looking for in a roommate is someone who wants to share this beautiful unit, has at least a 600 credit score and paystubs to show proof of employment. There is a no prior eviction clause in the lease as well and a deposit of $847.50 due upon move in (payment plan can be worked out). Rent is $890 a month (including water, renters insurance, and payment fee) and gas/electric are separate. If credit is close, my property management company has often worked with that person to get approved. The community itself is quiet, and has a great pool and workout space. The grounds are taken care of, and it is located in a spot not too far from shopping centers and restaurants. Don't be shy, say hi! This is a much better solution than VERY similar prices just to share one room in a house of 6-8 people.
