The lease ends in July, but you can renew it if you would like. There will be one other girl living here over the summer, she is very friendly and keeps mostly to herself. The unit is in building 4, right next to main office building and the pool. Additional utility costs typically amount to $40-$100. WiFi, parking, and water are free, you pay for electricity, gas, trash, and renters insurance. Amenities include 24 hour gym and pool/hottub, in unit laundry, free parking, bus stop.
