📍 Location: Villages of Sandalwood Lakes South (Very close to I-95). The community has a pool and multiple tennis & pickleball courts (you can look up Perini Park on the maps).
📋 The Details: 12-month lease starting May 1st (possible early move-in April 27). No pets or smoking. Need to be able to pass a background & credit score check to be approved by the HOA and landlord. The HOA background check takes a few weeks, so I am looking to finalize things by early April.
