The apartment complex is nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. The room is very spacious with an attached private half bath. The only thing that’s shared is the shower in the full bath in the hallway. The room gets lots of sunlight and has plenty of closet space as well! Water is included in the rent and PG&E averages at about $100 a month total (so around $50 extra per month depending on usage). There’s onsite washers and dryers as well as an onsite manager that takes care of any repairs needed! Wifi is $15 a month! There’s one designated parking space that I usually use during the work week since I leave early in the mornings but there’s plenty of safe street parking available as well. The lease is a minimum 6 month commitment and after months it transfers to month to month if you end up wanting to move but a 12 month stay is guaranteed from signing! I’m 23 and work full time in Fremont so I’m usually out of the house most of the day. My boyfriend (25) stays with me as well and he works four days a week and we’re both usually in the gym in the evening so you won’t see much of us during the week besides evenings. We’re very respectful and friendly and we love to have a good time. I have a 5 year old cat named Mimi who is super quirky and sweet once you get to know her! We love to cook dinners together, watch movies, and hang out with friends in our free time and I’m looking for anyone who fits into that space as a roommate and a friend!:) I’m down to welcome another cat into the house but preferably no dogs!
