Hello there, I’m starting the search for someone to fill the spare bedroom in my apartment and thought I’d put the feelers out here. A little about the space: it’s a two bed, two bath apartment in studio city/north hollywood area, right on the cusp, with the shared areas already fully furnished. The bedroom itself is unfurnished, so you can make it your own. There’s also a lovely balcony that’s perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. For the past few months I’ve been using the room as studio / office, but I’ve realised I’m out of the house most of the time and barely use it, so it feels like the right moment to share the space with someone. A little about me: I’m a creative professional working in movement direction, coaching, and design, and most days I’m out working, in studios, or collaborating on projects around the city. Home for me is a place to reset, recharge, and enjoy a calm environment. The general vibe of the house is clean, respectful, and relaxed. Occasionally friends come over for dinner or a hang, but it’s mostly a peaceful place to land. Ideally looking for someone kind, easygoing, and considerate, who appreciates a calm home environment.
