Room for rent in Salunga-Landisville, my roommate looking to move out end of March, so room will be available April 1st.
You will have your own room with a shared kitchen and bathroom with two other females in their 20s. Looking for someone with similar demographics since the women living there need to be comfortable in their own home (no males). It is a second-floor apartment, with direct access to the attic from your room for storage. The landlords are a nice couple with young children who are below the apartment. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood.
Rent is $367/per person, plus utilities (electricity and internet), the heating oil is usually filled twice a year and again is split between all three people. I have lived here the longest and currently have the security deposit fully paid but that will be returned to me and the remaining occupants will need to cover the cost to the landlords, as well as apply and pass a background check through them. This is a perfect spot for a college student looking [REDACTED] near school or a young adult just getting started.
