Hi! We’re Luana and Dylan, a couple in our early 20s, looking for two reliable roommates to join us in our home. I’m a nursing student, and Dylan is a Data Analyst who works from home. We’re quiet, tidy, and looking for a relaxed living environment. The Rooms
- Room 1 ($1,300/mo): 9'8" x 13'8" with its own closet.
- Room 2 ($1,400/mo): 10'6" x 13'8" with its own closet.
- Deposit: $1,500.
- Utilities: Not included in rent; these will be split equally each month.
- Lease: We prefer a 1-year lease, but we are flexible and open to 6-month or month-to-month terms for the right fit. Shared Space:
- Shared Bathroom: You will share a bathroom with one other person.
- Full Access: The rooms are unfurnished, but you will have full access to the rest of the home, including the kitchen and living areas.
- Laundry: In-home washer and dryer available for use.
- Parking: Available street parking.
- The house will be furnished with different furniture than seen in the pictures. About Us!
- We’re very clean and tidy. Since we have three cats, I vacuum and mop frequently to keep things fresh! We aren't partiers and generally keep a quiet atmosphere.
- Our Hobbies: We love reading, climbing, watching TV, and playing board games. We host occasional board game nights—you’re always welcome to join, but no pressure if you prefer your own space!
- The Vibe: We’re open to roommates who want to be friends or those who prefer a "just roommates" interaction. As long as we’re on the same page, it’s all good.
- Guests: We don't have overnight guests ourselves, but we don't mind them occasionally. We just ask for a heads-up so we can stay out of your hair!
- Cats: We have three cats who are friendly and mostly keep to themselves at first. Once they get to know you, they may cuddle up with you!
- We are LGBTQ+ friendly, and we don’t do drugs. Smoking is fine outside or with a window open.
