2nd largest room available starting April 1st right by Brentwood/Sawtelle/Santa Monica.
Room comes with an en suite bathroom and a huge closet.
Apartment has AC/Heat, in-unit washer/dryer, patio.
Street parking only as we only have 2 spots that are paid for and there are no current free spots. Usually only harder to find parking after 6:30-7pm when everyone gets home.
Rent is 1,475 a month + utilities split 3 ways. Security deposit is also 1,475. You’d be living with 2 others - late 20s female and late 30s male and the cutest ESA pomsky ever. No other pets allowed. We’re looking to find someone stable, clean and respectful! Down for occasional movie / game nights but we tend to keep to our bedrooms most of the time while home (an introverts dream!).
