The house is located right beside the largest park in Mecklenburg County with hiking trails, ponds, a nature center. $750 per month

Shared clean Bathroom Rent includes all utilities (water, electric, gas), gym room, wireless internet, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. Room comes with a queen bed, trashcan, ceiling fan, light, desk, chair, curtains, and large closet. All your possessions should be able to fit in your room and bathroom. Please, no extra kitchen material, furniture, or garage material unless agreed on by the owner. This situation is great for short term people that can fit all their belongings in one carload.
