Furnished guest room with all utilities included (Electricity, Water, High Speed Internet, Trash Valet, Security Gated complex with free parking) and free access to all complex amenities (24/7 gym, pools, jacuzzi, sauna, sports courts, etc). Bedroom furniture includes: bed, dresser, closet, sofa, chair, nightstands, ceiling fan and blinds. First floor apartment with very easy access in case of a disability. Shared bathroom with sink available only to you and sharing only shower and toilet, shared fully equipped kitchen, as well as washer and dryer machines in unit. We have two cats so unfortunately we are asking for no more pets. We are a married couple in our 30s who are non-smokers, respectful and don't have people over and we just ask for the same in return. Only two blocks away from Valencia College, Ten minutes to Universal Studios, Fifteen minutes to Downtown, around twenty minutes to Disney.
