One medium sized room is opening up in our 3 bedroom spacious apt. Top (bright) floor, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher and modern appliances.

We are right on the border of Weehawken and Union City. Neighborhood feels safe. Easy ferry ride or bus into city.

Utilities are a flat $150/month and are included in rent. Share bathroom with one female (S).

Roommates are:
- S: mid-late twenties, med student in residency, here part-time. From Argentina.
- D: thirties, works in film production as a freelancer. Recently moved from California.
- Ginger (poodle mix) - hypoallergenic, friendly, calm, well-behaved.

We like to keep the house clean, and courteous in common spaces. Friendly, easy-going vibes.
