Warm, welcoming farmhouse with lots of character, natural light, and peaceful surroundings. Conveniently located close to popular bike trails connecting Sumner, Puyallup, Orting, Buckley, and Enumclaw. Just a short walk to the carbon river and bike trailhead. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
Downstairs Shared Areas Include:
• Full farm-style kitchen with plenty of space to cook
• Large laundry room with washer and dryer
• Full bathroom
• Dining/eating area
• Comfortable shared living spaces
Upstairs Rental Options:
• The entire upstairs (all three rooms) for $1,700/month, along with access to the shared living spaces downstairs for all roommates.
• The large upstairs bedroom/ living only. ($900) if rented separately
• The two smaller upstairs bedrooms/office together ($900) Included in rent price is water, septic, trash and internet and PSE. Propane will be split between roommates. Flexible setup depending on your needs.

Current downstairs roommate is clean, easygoing, and values a calm, respectful home environment. No additional pets, as the downstairs roommate has two emotional support pets.
