Hi! I’m looking for a sublease at the Lyndon! I haven’t moved in, but I’m scheduled to move in for August! I’m considering a 1x1 so I need the lease taken ASAP! I signed under 820 so the base rent would be 820 (not including utilities) utilities go by usage! It would be a 4x4 and 2 of the girls would be incoming seniors and both sports science majors! The Lyndon has many amenities.
Including a

-clubhouse
In- unit Landry Etc.. and so much more
