* washer/dryer in unit
* nearby Costco, Sam’s Club, Whole Foods, Hobby Lobby, Walmart, Sprouts, King Soopers, Southwest Plaza Shopping Mall, tons of restaurants
* 2 super friendly cats 🐈‍⬛🐈 - open to welcoming 1 more cat! But please no dogs because my kitties sadly don’t vibe with pups
