I have a room for rent available in our
friendly, clean and peaceful home. Nice neighborhood. Room is available now.

Below are details so you can see if its a good fit for you : )

Requirements:

--Background check,

--Drug screen

--2 months of paystubs.

-Month to month lease (gives everyone flexibility)

--$ fully refundable deposit if walk through is okay.

--$ a month rent, All utilities, internet included.

Home details:

- 2 story house.

- Room is on 2nd floor.

- ft room, walk in closet, ceiling fan.

-Included 1 driveway parking spot.

-Shared bathroom with 1 other person.

-Room has a bed and decor, okay to move for ur furnishings.

-Keyless bdrm doorknob, if u close ur door it is locked, personal code to open.

-Kitchen, laundryroom access.

-No smoking in house.
Can smoke on back porch in seating area.

-Occasional visitor is okay.

-A too frequent sleepover and /or disruptive visitor, could lead to ending the lease.

- Kitchen and bathroom is always tidy (no dirty dishes left out, no clothes in bathroom ect).

- Lives in home - Myself, my wife, our yr old son.

-Drug free home.

-We are very friendly, working, considerate people and our goal is for you to be happy and comfortable.
