The $ deposit will cover part of the last month you decide to rent. Me, my year old niece and my dog are the residents of this house; I maintain a neat and clean house, the dog is trained and friendly, Wifi and Cable (YouTubeTV) are included. The room is partially furnished, it includes a night stand and a dresser, a bed frame and the boxspring (Full size), I didn’t add a photo of the bedroom yet because it’s currently occupied.
