I restore vintage Mercedes-Benz cars in the detached, two-car garage and workshop. I like growing organic heirloom tomatoes, and the fruit trees are very productive. You are welcome to enjoy some fresh seasonal harvest. We have a small Yorkshire Terrier named Reese, He likes everyone, does not shed, and is always clean. We also have a cat named Thor, who is the same kind of thoughtful, considerate housemate.

Enjoy use of the sq.ft. patio and pergola; gas BBQ; outdoor lighting; glass/iron table, banquet tables with benches. The shared bath features an ornate Victorian clawfoot tub with Kohler bath fixtures. Wi-Fi, ethernet, water, sewer, trash, gas and electric (you pay a portion of the utility bill).
