Looking for a renter to rent this for the summer. It will come with a fridge, drawers, desk, twin size bed. Requires one month’s rent deposit up front and first month rent. Quiet time between midnight and 8am. Housecleaner comes on the 1st Friday of each month. Comes with Internet and utilities. Good deal. Safe neighborhood of Plano Central west of and legacy. We will have a background check, and references required. Comes with a parking spot. No trucks. Small SUV or car will fit. All male household. No pets. Very clean. No strong smelling foods either. We don’t really cook. If you are someone who loves to cook this is not the place for you.
