• Shared bathroom with one other female
• Must be dog-friendly

Rent & Terms:
• Monthly Rent: $
• Security Deposit: $ (refundable with days’ notice, provided the room is left in the same condition as move-in)
• Rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi

House Rules:
• No smoking, vaping, drugs, drinking, or drama
• No overnight guests
