My name is Yolanda. I am a professional looking for a roommate to occupy the second bedroom in my two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the UIC, Tri-Taylor area, starting March 1st. An earlier or later move in date is possible. You will have your own furnished bedroom and a full bathroom. Elevator in the building. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air conditioning and heat in unit. Balcony off the living room. Lease is month to month. I occupy the master bedroom that has its own bathroom. No credit check required. Proof of income and a reference is required. Rent includes high speed internet and utilities are an extra one hundred dollars each month.
I am looking for either a male or female roommate, no couples.
Short term or long term, LGBTQ friendly. No smoking of any kind allowed in the apartment.
