GREAT ROOM, AWESOME APT (Wash Hts.)

Hi!

I'm looking to rent my spare room. It is really a wonderful space, in an awesome neighborhood. The apt. is on Fort Washington Ave. and rd street (west of Broadway). The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (which is really amazing). It is nicely decorated and I'm sure you will love it. The apt is fully furnished. The room has a bed, desk, chair,
curtains, and AC (window unit), if you want to use these. If you have all/any of those items, no prob they can be removed! The apt has AC (window unit) WiFi, and Cable. It is right across from the J. Hood Write park, a block away from the A train and just a few blocks from the 1 train. We are easy going, but organized and clean.
