Looking for a chill, responsible roommate to rent a private room in a spacious -bath home in Simpsonville. We’re located 5 miles from I- off W Georgia Rd. A brand-new shopping center with a Food Lion is being built nearby, and both Publix and Walmart Neighborhood Market are just 3 miles away.

🐾 Important Note:
We have two dogs: a 3-year-old black lab and a 6-year-old catahoula. They’re part of the household, so comfort with dogs is a must.

Private Downstairs Room ( sq ft)
Wall mount installed for a ~” TV.
Semi-private bathroom just outside your room (it’s the downstairs bathroom so people may use it, but you’ll be the only one storing things or showering in it)

Private downstairs bedroom
Washer/dryer upstairs
Shared TVs upstairs and downstairs
Home gym with Bowflex and elliptical
AT&T Fiber internet (2GB)
Driveway parking (we coordinate as needed)

✔️ House Rules and Extras:
Overnight guests okay (up to 3 nights/week)
Prefer no pets, but open to discussion (may slightly increase rent)
Looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing
