Subletting my room in spring!

Hi! I am subletting my room during the spring quarter. There are 5 bed rooms 2 bathrooms and a huge front and back yard. Parking spot included. Since I am out in Japan on a study abroad I won’t be able to give a tour but if you’re interested in meeting the people living here before you move in, I’m sure they would love to. The house is about a 5 minute walk from downtown and a minute walk (5 minute bus) to campus. The rent is $. All the people living here are amazing friends and very welcoming. They play music and love getting outside. All I ask is for whoever is wanting to sublet the room to be a respectful roommate towards the 4 other guys living here!
