Lease ends Oct - perfect opportunity to test out Fallyn for ~6 months before renting after this lease if you like it. Fallyn is a great place, safe and I would highly recommend, very close to everything great midtown and downtown has to offer! I purchased a home and looking to move out early before lease ends - this lease takeover would save me a ton of money if I break my lease (full transparency). You would work with the apartment administration to complete the take over.
