Hey everyone. I’m renting out the second bedroom in my .5-bath townhome in North-Central Phoenix. I own the home, so this is a stable, calm setup, not a chaotic roommate roulette situation.

About the home:
• 2-bedroom townhome, bathrooms
• Your room: normal size, big closet
• Guaranteed parking
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Community pool
• Quiet, safe area
• 8-minute drive to Melrose District and Charlie’s
• Friendly dog in the home

Rent:
$/month
First and last month’s rent required.
Room available anytime after the New Year.


This is a turnkey setup. Just move in and live.

Background check policy:
You pay for the background check upfront.
If you pass and move in, that fee comes back as a credit on your first month’s rent.

House rules and expectations:
• No smoking inside
• Alcohol and marijuana use is okay — just talk to me first so we’re aligned
• Please keep things peaceful so we don’t disturb the neighbors
• Hookups are fine — as long as they don’t bring drama into the house
• Pets: I already have a dog, and I’m allergic to cats
So only quiet, caged pets kept in your room
• Must be gay-friendly
• Must be full-time employed
• Must pass the background check
