• Apartment has stairs and faces a major street — tenant must be comfortable with stairs and traffic noise

• Must be working full-time and not home all day
Shared bathroom and kitchen
Must be clean, non-negotiable
No overnight guests

• -minute bus ride to York University
• Bus stop right outside the building

• Must be comfortable with children and a small dog (occasional babysitting)
