Finding a room to move in August

I am a full time UARK student and EMT, so between the two I stay pretty busy. When I'm free I love to hike, cook, and go to the gym(I know I'm a basic white guy). I love my dog Phoebe so having her around is a must. I'd consider myself tidy and kempt, but I'm still extremely easy to get along with. I'm open to all roommates, but I do prefer people closer to my age(). I'm looking for a place to set up in August. I know it's a ways out, but it never hurts to think ahead.
