I'm looking for someone to help around the house. I'm work full time second shift. I have several projects that could be done for trade. IE: drywall repairs in basement, installing new laminate flooring upstairs and downstairs. Or someone that just pays rent. I keep the house clean and expect the same. I'm looking for a roommate that keeps things clean. I work second shift pm at STL Metro Sewer District. All appliances will be shared with shared cleaning duties. No pets. The house backs up to acres of state land. Motorcycle/hiking trails. No smoking.
