The master bedroom is available in a well-maintained 3-bedroom house, shared with one woman, her son, and a friendly 13 year-old Labrador dog. Ideal for a someone seeking a quiet, comfortable home base. The master bed has a private bathroom with a jetted bathtub. There is currently a queen mattress and box spring in the room, which you are welcome to use or replace with your own. The Room:

* Windows face the backyard - very quiet and peaceful
* Shower located in the shared bathroom just outside the room The Home:
* Three large living room areas with plenty of space to relax or unwind. Feel free to decorate or add furniture as you wish.
* Large kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. An additional oven and gas stove in the garage.
* Washer and dryer located in the garage
* Peaceful backyard. Feel free to add to the garden and decorate the backyard.
* Plenty of storage space if needed Parking & Location:
* Dedicated driveway parking space + ample street parking
* Minutes from the freeway with easy access to all major highways
* Friendly neighbors Logistics:
* Month to month and flexible lease terms available.
* Utilities: We will split PGE, water, and internet.
* Due at signing: first month's rent $1600 plus $1000 refundable deposit
* Pet policy: Pets ok with an additional $800 deposit
* Visitors and overnight guests are welcome. I just ask that they’re respectful of my son. I value a peaceful, mellow living environment and am very respectful of personal space and the need to decompress. However, I’m friendly and happy to hang out when I can. I work full time as a child welfare social worker. My goal is to maintain a comfortable, quiet home that feels easy to come back to and is respectful for my son.
