Hi everyone! I have an unfurnished bedroom (can be furnished) with shared bathroom on the main level area available.. It’s a bathroom duplex located in Southwest Denver / Englewood and about minutes from downtown. Looking for someone who is clean, chill and laid back. The place has an awesome backyard, hottub, plenty of parking (driveway and off street), kitchen, and laundry room downstairs by bottom room. DM me if you are interested or have any questions.

About me: I’m a year old female nurse. I have a very friendly cat name Ellie and the other roommate has a small dog (so I don’t want other animals, but we can talk about that if needed). My roommate, Grace, and I are very chill and easy to get along with.
