House is 3br with light filled living room and dining area, spacious bright kitchen with wood countertops, large stainless steel sink, in-unit washer/dryer, brand new AC/heating unit, parking, huge deck/patio, green yard, and fire pit.

Roommates are Izzy, a pre-school teacher and grad student, and Joseph, a musician/actor and artist manager.

Open to adding/adjusting items in common space (currently planning to add another couch and/or piano), and kitchen is currently well stocked, though we can make room for your belongings.
