The condo is sq ft and includes a living room, kitchen, dining area, and balcony. Everything else is shared (kitchen, living space, etc.).

All utilities and amenities are included in the rent — you won’t have to worry about splitting bills or extra costs. Just one flat monthly payment.

The vibe here is laid-back and drama-free. I’m not big on strict house rules — just looking for someone respectful, clean, and easy to live with.

Note: The central AC isn’t working, so you’d need to use a portable AC unit if needed.
