Hi everyone, I am a soon to be graduated SCAD student looking for someone to take over my lease. The lease is for a private room in a B unit at The Helmsman. The unit currently has 3 other female residents who are also SCAD students. The girls are super nice and the unit is fully furnished, clean, spacious, and has served me well in my last year at SCAD.

The Helmsman itself caters to students and has lots of community amenities like a pool, lounge, gym, study rooms, and on security after office hours.

Rent: $ (utilities included)

Available: March th

End of lease: August st
