My boyfriend and I are looking for people to take over our lease as soon as possible (move in within the next month or sooner) and be there until July (we renewed our lease two weeks before finding out we need to move). You will cover our active lease until July and then take over on our next lease from August through July . It's a first-floor apartment at The Rockland in Lawrence. Close to campus with access to a bus stop and great amenities. There is a basketball half-court, a pool in the summer, and a gym on the property. Animals are allowed with a two pet maximum (no breed restrictions that I'm aware of). There is a pet deposit and pet rent along with access to a dog park near the front office. There are no parking passes either. They offer internet included in the rent price. Washer/dryer are in-unit
