Looking for a new roommate to fill the second room of my rented apartment! I live on the second floor of a duplex on the West Side of downtown Grand Rapids. Walking distance to Bridge Street Market, Grand Rapids Public Library West Side Branch, and Bridge Street Bar. The room will be available in a 6 month lease starting February . Rent is $ plus utilities. Hardwood floor, space is ft with a half bathroom attached, two windows in the room. The apartment has a washer and dryer in the unit, the water bill is included in the rent. Shared common space of kitchen and living room are also in unit as well as a back deck. I have 2 cats so no additional pets would be allowed. I’m very friendly and in need of a roommate and am able to answer any questions!
