I’m looking for a roommate to take over the larger / master bedroom in my fully furnished Venice apartment, steps from Abbot Kinney and about a -minute walk to the beach and downtown Venice.

This is a turnkey living situation — the common areas are fully set up and furnished. You’ll just need to bring your bedroom furniture.

The room:
• Larger master bedroom (unfurnished, clean, and ready)
• Shared bathroom (1 total)
