Hi, my name is Wei. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Richmond. The monthly rent is $ plus utilities and the room is available immediately, unfurnished. Private non attached bathroom.

Gated complex in Marina Bayfront neighborhood, very close convenient street parking, very safe and clean neighborhood. Across the street is a large park, the marina, and a bus stop. Complex has a pool and hot tub.

In unit laundry, shared kitchen and living room. One dog in residence, 6yo pitty mix you can interact with or not interact with at your leisure. He stays in my room while I am working and stays close to me when I am home. Two humans, M who works nights and myself, F teacher. We are friendly, queer, easy going, and open to collaborating for a peaceful living situation. We enjoy media, gaming, and art.

Anything in kitchen is for community usage and renter is welcome to living room, tv, record player, and reasonable socialization inviting people over. Neither of us drink or party.
