I have a bedroom in my apartment for rent, I have curtains and lamps and fans upon request all you need is a bed I have dressers for your clothes if you need and one will be in the room along with a mirror I have great Internet and have a wired connection as well as a phone jack if you needed it. I'm looking for someone who's social and easy going i prefer male roommates but will rent to anyone I am a gay male, I clean the apartment four times a week as well as weekends the price of the rent includes everything and the Internet is free and there's always food don't be a stranger I just ask if I have something marked you ask before you open it so I know but I'm super chill and I try to foster a loving wholesome positive environment within my home so you feel at home as well. I do ask for rent on the first but if you communicate I can always work with you as I take care of everything already from my personal accounts so don't sweat it if you need a little time I allow 6 extra days anything beyond just speak with me and something will be arranged.
