En-suite to rent

Hello, I’m looking for a en suite room or even studio flat that’s within my budget. Even a double room would be great if the household is clean and comfortable to live in. Preferably with a balcony/ terrace. I work full time in Liverpool Street, so easy commute is necessary. I’m clean, tidy, and quiet, though I will be away for most of the time, at work on weekdays, and out most of the week, either with friends or gym. I own a ginger cat, he’s clean and well trained, extremely cuddly. I like to spend my time studying, reading, watching shows, or making poems. I hope I make a lovely tenant. Thank you for your time.
